Quality Control

Quality inspection is not an event; it’s a process that demands constant attention.
Our Quality Control team will visit the factory before starting production to verify their facilities, mandatory licenses and certificates, such as a business or export license.

This will help confirm the legitimacy of the operation you’re planning to work with. Quality Control Audit Check list will be performed to verify the materials and components at the factory. Conduct ongoing production QC, to pro-actively assist our supplier to identify quality issues whilst production is ongoing.

Final quality inspection of finished goods on site before final payment to the factory. During this Inspection our Quality Control team will test & verify the products appearance, function, performance & packaging. If the QC is not approved, we work directly to the factory to solve the issues.

A final Pre-Shipment Inspection report is sent to the customer. Once this is reviewed & approved the final payment is requested so we can ship the goods from the factory to the customer’s address.
